Number of guests

The number of guests cannot exceed that indicated in the booking. Any visitors must be agreed upon in advance.

Smoking

Smoking is forbidden inside the accommodations. It is possible to smoke in the outdoor areas (terrace, garden), using the ashtrays provided.

Pets

Pets are allowed upon prior request. To confirm the possibility of bringing your pet, please contact us before booking. Pets must not be left alone in the house without supervision.

Behavior

Please respect the property and furnishings. You are kindly requested to:

Take off your shoes in the house (or use the provided slippers)
Do not drag heavy furniture
Do not use candles or open flames inside
Close doors and windows when you go out

Waste

Please separate waste according to local recycling rules. Containers are available in the dining area.

Use of appliances

The appliances are at your disposal. Please turn them off when not in use and do not use appliances not present in the house.

Damage

In case of accidental damage, please inform us immediately. Small damages will not be charged, but we reserve the right to request compensation for significant damage or intentional loss.

Departure

Before departure, we ask you to:

Leave the dishes clean and in their place
Do not leave perishable food in the cabinets
Confirm your departure with a message
