Introduction

By using this site, you accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after payment of a deposit (usually 30%) and our written confirmation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3:00 PM, Check-out by 10:00 AM. Any flexibility must be agreed upon in advance.

Prices and payments

  • Prices are in euros per night
  • Final cleaning is included
  • We accept bank transfers and cash (within legal limits)

Cancellation policies

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
  • 50% retained for cancellations between 7 and 3 days before
  • No refund within 3 days of check-in

House rules

  • Smoking is forbidden inside
  • Pets allowed only on request
  • Respect night quiet (10:00 PM-08:00 AM)
  • Maximum number of guests cannot be exceeded

Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Competent court: La Spezia.
